How long does it take to receive the terminal?
Customer
receive 3-5 business day. Once the application is submitted, mostly
application processing is done in 1 day, program this card machine in 1
day and ship it via Fedex 2nd day.
How can l install credit card machine by myself?
The credit card machine is already programed, and activated. Just Plug-in and it's ready to use.
Is the machine easy to use? Can I have an instruction or quick reference guide?
Once
the application is approved, merchant will receive 'welcome kit'. It has
Visa/Master Decal, imprinter plate, quick reference guide, copy of
signed documents, and some letters. Instruction for card machine is in
there. If you have a difficulty to use a machine, call Technical service 888-848-6825 x 1 x 1 at any time.
What is monthly minimum processing fee?
If
a customer uses Free terminal placement, it requires $25 minimum
discount fee. roughly It equals to $1400~$1700 Visa/Master monthly card
sales volume, Once it over minimum volume, no minimum fee will be
added. Let's say, your sales volume is $800 per month, discount fee
would be between $12 - $17 depends on what type of card received, in
this case the discount fee will be set to $25. If your monthly sales is
over $1700 per month, then you don't need to worry about this.
What is Mid Qualify Rate and Non Qualify Rate?
Rate will be varied by types of
card customer uses. Debit Card, Check Card, Business Card, Corporate Card,
International Card, Reward Card...... there are so many different types of cards and they have their
own rates.
Some cards cost( reward, business, keyed-in with AVS ) are higher than qualify rate, these are going to Mid qualify.
Some cards cost (transactions not settled in 48hr, reward2, some
business card ) are higher than mid qualify rate, these are going to
Non qualify.
