Gorilla Supply takes responsibility for any defective products we send out and will replace or reship when applicable. Defective products must be returned within the 30-day return policy. Once we receive and inspect a return item, the customer will be notified by email. Returns without defect are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please keep the product in the original packaging and reach out to us. We may require a picture of the product to identify the product and will cover any return shipping costs.

All standard orders submitted before 1pm CST will be shipped out the same business day. 

Please allow up to one business day of processing for orders after the 1pm cut-off time. 

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. 

Weekend orders are shipped out on the next business day and should arrive in 1-7 business.

Our primary default carrier is UPS / USPS / Amazon Shipping

Most residential and lightweight items are shipped via Amazon and USPS, while heavier items and those addressed to commercial locations are typically delivered by UPS.
