After the initial mix up on shipping (I received the wrong item the first time) they were quick to get me the correct item. It takes some time to set this up if you don't have prior experience with them but you dont need a IT degree by an means. I was a little disappointed in the literature and instructions or lack of that came with it. You are able to go online and find supporting documents but I feel it still lacked critical information. More detailed instructions on how to run the large number of reports available would be great. A day or two playing with it I was able to get what I needed but I'm sure there are tools I'm missing and easier ways to do what I need. The employees love the ease of use and I'm a big fan of how easy it is to transfer the data with the USB drive. I tried networking it with no luck and it's another feature I wish the instructions expanded on. Overall very much worth the cost especially if you are using the old school time cards. I have not used the ibuttons as I fear I would be constantly replacing them as employees lose them. Functionality gets 5 stars but dropped the rating to 4 stars for lack of instructions and help.
