To apply for a wholesale account without a minimum purchase amount per order you must:
Have 6 months of active purchasing history
Fill out the downloadable form HERE and fax (773-231-2809) or email ([email protected]) us the completed document
Orders over $10,000 or container based orders will automatically be put on hold while we search for the lowest shipping option. We may then contact you with a new order quote. For a full container order, we require a 50% deposit to proceed and production will take 7 days to 2 months depending on the product type.
