With our Term Account, your business will receive a bill at the end of each billing cycle as well as wholesale pricing.
For faster approval, we need a valid fax number for your bank as well as phone numbers and email addresses for each trade reference.
Requirement for Term Account
- A minimum monthly orders' total of $1000.00 (we request at least a 3 month active account history)
- Approved application for credit
1. Complete the downloadable form below and fax (773-231-2809) or email ([email protected]) to us the fully completed form along with any additional necessary documents.
- We will also need a copy of your business license.
- If your purchases will be tax exempt, please provide a certificate(s) of resale or sales tax exemption. If shipping to multiple locations please include the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate.
2. Once everything is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive a confirmation notice to your email and be able to login to your account to start shopping with a Term Account.
